Join the Kitchen
Every great dish needs the right team. We are a small, focused studio that cares deeply about craft, code, and the occasional burnt batch.
We work remotely across South Africa, move fast without cutting corners, and treat every client project like it has our name on it. Because it does.

How we work
Craft over volume
We take on fewer projects so we can do them properly. Every line of code ships with our name attached.
Async by default
We do not live in meetings. Deep work gets priority and communication stays clear and intentional.
Honest about hard things
We flag problems early, push back when needed, and never pretend a deadline is realistic when it is not.
Open Positions
The kitchen is fully staffed for now.
We are always interested in hearing from talented people. Send us a note and we will keep you in mind when a spot opens up.
Say hello anywayDo not see your role?
We are always open to hearing from talented developers, designers, and problem-solvers. If you think you belong in this kitchen, tell us why.
