Corporate wellness platform rescue and rebuild. Migrated a broken offshore build to CodeIgniter 4 with a new UI, role management, subscriptions, and reporting.

METHOD
Overview
EngagementFit needed a stable, scalable corporate wellness platform after their offshore build fell apart. The existing codebase had monolithic 100k+ line files, no search, poor security, and an incomplete CodeIgniter 3 to 4 migration.
What we did
We migrated and refactored the entire application into clean, modular components. We redesigned the UI with Bootstrap 5, DataTables, and Chart.js, added OTP login and AWS SES email notifications, and built a full admin dashboard with permissions, subscriptions, role assignments, event tracking, and PDF reporting.
Result
The platform became secure, scalable, and business-ready, so EngagementFit can manage affiliates, companies, and employees from one place.
